You Break Through

I have bad dentist anxiety, hate to have my mouth touched and any type of medical appointment takes me out emotionally for 1-2 days. I haven't had a dental appointment in 8-10 years, and have been extremely nervous & embarrassed about getting back in with a dentist. Dr. Trivedi and her team were EXACTLY the right people to help me get over this fear. Even though I will need a lot of work done soon because of going so long without taking proper care of my teeth, I am grateful and relieved. Dr. Trivedi explained my thorough careplan to me and made sure all my questions were answered. I didn't feel rushed or judged at all. Ally (Sorry if I spelled that wrong!) the hygienist was kind and patient during my X Rays and intake. Michael came in and explained my financial options and insurance coverage in detail and reassured me when I was upset at myself for putting off this dental visit for so long. Seriously, Michael is an angel. Give him a raise! 😉 Every person I interacted with made me feel cared for, and not like just a patient on a clipboard to get in and out of the door as quickly as possible - everyone was personable and so kind. After just one visit, I cannot reccommend this office enough. While I cannot say I am looking forward to the treatments and procedures I have coming up, I AM looking forward to seeing Dr. Trivedi and her team again!
